About Anandalila...
Anandalila's journey began when she first stepped foot into the yoga studio she would soon call her home. Through her practice, she was able to release old emotional patterns while stretching and strengthening her body. Yoga taught her about self-acceptance and self-love, two concepts that profoundly changed her life. She decided to enroll in a yoga teacher training course in order to share the gifts of yoga with others. During those 6 months her heart opened even more than she could imagine, leading her to deeper levels of self-discovery. Today Anandalila offers individual sessions and group classes for people of all persuasions seeking a broader sense of self and connection with the divine. She continues to pursue additional training in tantric hatha yoga as well as various forms of bodywork and spirituality. When she is not practicing yoga, Anandalila enjoys reading, writing, art, and, of course, chocolate.
